Quite a hard question.
Would you let him/her live in order to stay together? Quite a selfish reaction, isn't it? And you are not sure you will both survive anyway.
On the other part, would you sacrifice him/her to save the world? You would be considered as a hero but what kind of life is it without the one you love?

I dunno how to react in this circumstances. Firstly, I would ask him/her what decision is best for him/her.
If he/she decided to stay alive, then the world can die with us.
If he/she decided to sacrifice him/herself, that would be the most difficult part. I would hardly accept but I would do as he/she wishes, and I would continue to live on with him/her in my memories. I'll be as strong as he/she was, never give up, live for what he/she believed in.
